His experience, honest approach and innovative account management skills have enabled him to continue to work with his clients and candidates with excellent customer service and respect. Prior to founding SourceWave, Inc. in 2003, Rich was the #1 Revenue producing Account Manager for a national technology staffing company in 2000, 2001, and 2002. Rich is a 1988 graduate of Saint Michaels College and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.

Contract Positions:

From a short-term contract, to a long-term project, SourceWave's staffing services can help you satisfy your opening. The contractor will be an employee of SourceWave and we will take care of all taxes, insurances, and unemployment expenses.

 

Contract to Hire:

Contract to Hire is a great option so you can test out the employee before presenting them with a full time job offer. We will search, screen, and check references for you, which will save you valuable time and money. SourceWave only presents our top 2 or 3 candidates we know will fit best at your company. You decide who you want to bring on Contract to Hire and for how long. This way you know the skills and personality of the employee before having the commitment of hiring them on your Company’s payroll.

 

Direct Hire:

SourceWave wants to save your company time and money. When you have a full time opening we will identify and interview the best possible candidates and only submit to you the top 2 or 3 that we feel fit your position and organization.

 

Payrolling Services:

Your company finds the personnel they want but does not want to place them on the payroll. SourceWave offers payrolling Services, so the employee’s records, legal liabilities, and mandatory taxes are all taken care of by SourceWave. Payrolling services make your hiring experience less stressful and we can offer this for as many employees and for as long as you need them or until you choose to bring them on as full time employees.
